A broad Tegh (sword) traditionally used in battle.
A wide-bladed, single-edged sword originally made for cutting through cloth armour. It was later popularised with executions. The blade is fullered and European stamps can be seen in several places throughout the blade. A clean would really bring these markings out. The hilt is of old form with a traditional knuckle guard and has the basket hilt like top final. Accompanied with a new scabbard.
This Tegh is ideal for collectors who are interested in untouched swords in their natural aged condition.
